CAMPER PICK-UP PROCEDURE
ELEMENTARY CAMPER PROCEDURE:
AUTHORIZED PICK-UP FORM:
MIDDLE SCHOOL NOTES:
- Camper groups will be in a monitored pick up area.
- Students in grades 1st to 5th must be signed out by an authorized individual at the end of camp each day.
- Parents sign out camper(s) with Group Leader Volunteer.
- Individuals may be asked to show identification.
- Only an authorized individual (indicated on camp registration or on the Authorized Pick-Up form), will be allowed to pick up a camper
AUTHORIZED PICK-UP FORM:
- To update the list of individuals authorized to pick up a camper, an Authorized Pick Up Form must be completed by the campers parent/guardian and turned in for each camper in 1st– 5th grades during Monday morning check-in.
- To change the pick-up list, a parent or guardian must stop by the front table at camp, present photo identification and a complete a new form.
MIDDLE SCHOOL NOTES:
- Campers in the middle school program do not need to be signed out.
- Middle school campers can sign out younger campers if they have been listed on the Authorized Pick-up Form.
